AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT
A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $80,000 AND TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT AND ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS WITH THE TEXAS
STATE LIBRARY AND ARCHIVES COMMISSION TO CONTINUE
OPERATION OF THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE NEGOTIATED
GRANT PROGRAM LOCATED AT THE CORPUS CHRISTI PUBLIC
LIBRARY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to accept
a grant in the amount of $80,000 and to execute a contract and ail related documents
with the Texas State Library and Archives Commission to continue operation of the
Technical Assistance Negotiated Grant program located at the Corpus Christi Public
Library.
