DESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT GRANT FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT
OF HEALTH AUTHORIZED IN THE AMOUNT OF $640,245 FOR
BIOTERRORISM PREPAREDNESS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager. or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to accept
a grant from the Texas Department of Health in the amount of $640,245 for bioterrorism
preparedness.
