RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE CITY
MANAGER'S DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL
COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE CORPUS CHRISTI
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$162,036 FOR THE DARE AND KIDS AND COPS CURRICULA
AND TO EXECUTE ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to
execute an interlocal cooperation agreement with the Corpus Christi Independent
School District in the amount of $162,036 for the DARE and Kids and Cops
curricula program at local middle and elementary schools and to execute all
related documents.
