RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
ACCEPT A GRANT FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
SAFETY DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT IN THE AMOUNT
OF $1,000.00 UNDER THE LOCAL HURRICANE GRANT PROGRAM
FOR ENHANCED HURRICANE RELATED PUBLIC AWARENESS AND
EDUCATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to accept a grant from
the Texas Department of Public Safety Division of Emergency Management in the
amount of $1,000.00 under the Local Hurricane Grant Program for enhanced hurricane
related public awareness and education.
