A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT A GRANT FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT
OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $620,000 FOR
THE WOMEN, INFANTS, AND CHILDREN PROGRAM FOR FY2005,
BASED ON A $10.45 REIMBURSEMENT FOR EACH PARTICIPANT
SERVED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to accept
a grant from the Texas Department of State Health Services in the amount of $620,000
for the Women, Infants, and Children (WI C) Program for FY2005, based on a $10.45
reimbursement for each participant served.
