RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT A GRANT FROM THE TEXAS PARKS &
WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,952 FOR A
PORTABLE SANITARY PUMPOUT SYSTEM AT CORPUS CHRISTI
MUNICIPAL MARINA, WITH A CITY MATCH OF $3,984 IN THE
NO.4700 MARINA FUND, AND A TOTAL PROJECT COSTS OF
$15,936
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to accept
a grant from the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department in the amount of $11 ,952 for a
Portable Sanitary Pumpout System at Corpus Christi Municipal Marina. The City match
for this grant is $3,984 in the No. 4700 Marina Fund, for a total project costs of $15,936.
SECTION 2. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, may reject, alter or
terminate the grant.
