RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT AN ADDITIONAL TITLE V GRANT FROM THE
TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN THE AMOUNT OF $243,359
FOR FAMILY HEALTH AND FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES
Whereas, on July 20, 2004, the City accepted a Title V grant in the amount of
$62,915 from the Texas Department of Health for family health and family
planning services; and
Whereas, this grant amount has been increased for a revised total of $306,274;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS;
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to
accept an additional Title V grant from the Texas Department of Health in the amount of
$243,359 for a total revised grant amount of $306,274 for family health and family
planning services.
