RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF 33.515 ACRES OF LAND FROM
THE CARR RANCHES, LIMITED, ET AL., IN THE AMOUNT OF
$208,000 UTILIZING FUNDS FROM A COASTAL IMPACT
ASSISSTANCE PROGRAM GRANT THROUGH THE COASTAL
COORDINATION COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to accept the
acquisition of 33.515 acres of land from the Carr Ranches, Limited, et aI., in the amount
of $208,000 utilizing funds from a Coastal Impact Assistance Program Grant through
the Coastal Coordination Council.
