A RESOLUTION
AMENDING RESOLUTION #025889, WHICH AUTHORIZED THE CITY
MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT A TITLE XX GRANT
FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES
FOR FAMILY HEALTH AND FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES IN THE
AMOUNT OF $291,750, TO REVISE THE AMOUNT OF THE GRANT TO
$20,000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Resolution #025889, which was passed on August 17, 2004, and which
authorized the City Manager or his designee to accept a Title XX grant from the Texas
Department of State Health Services for Family Health and Family Planning Services in
the amount of $291 ,750, is revised to reflect a corrected grant in the amount of $20,000
due to an adjustment made by the State.
