RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN ADVANCED FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE
TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (TXDOT) IN THE
AMOUNT OF $80,181.49 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A TRAFFIC
SIGNAL AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS ON FM 624
FROM usn TO FM 1889, (BOND ISSUE 2000)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS;
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his Designee, is authorized to execute
an Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas Department Of Transportation
(TxDot) in the amount of $80,181.49 for construction of a traffic signal and other
miscellaneous items on FM 624 from US77 to FM 1889, (Bond Issue 2000)

and has not been appropriated for any other purpose,
