RESOLUTION
ADOPTING THE STATEMENT EXPRESSING OFFICIAL INTENT TO
AUTHORIZE INTERIM FUNDING FOR PENDING APPLICATIONS TO
THE SANITARY SEWER TRUNK SYSTEM TRUST FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City is authorized to fund the pending applications to the Sanitary
Sewer Trunk System Trust Fund with interim funding provided by a loan, to be paid
back with interest, from the Wastewater Unreserved Fund.
