RESOLUTION
ADOPTING THE STATEMENT EXPRESSING OFFICIAL INTENT TO
RESERVE FOR COMMITMENT FUNDS FOR THE APPLICATIONS TO
THE SANITARY SEWER TRUNK SYSTEM TRUST FUND RECEIVED
PRIOR TO JANUARY 1, 2005.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City is authorized to reserve for commitment, funds for the
applications to the Sanitary Sewer Trunk System Trust Fund received prior to January
1, 2005.
