AN ORDINANCE
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT
NO.1 TO DEED AND WATER CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
THREE RIVERS, TEXAS AND THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to execute Amendment No, 1 to Deed and
Water Contract between the City of Three Rivers, Texas and the City of Corpus Christi,
Texas,
