RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT A
COASTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, CYCLE 9 GRANT FROM THE
TEXAS GENERAL LAND OFFICE IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,000 FOR A
BAY DEBRIS FEASIBILITY STUDY IN CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, WITH
A CITY MATCH OF $15,000 FROM NO. 3270 SEAWALL CIP FUND, AND
A TOTAL PROJECT COSTS OF $30,000
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to accept a Coastal
Management Program, Cycle 9 grant from the Texas General Land Office in the amount of
$15.000 for a bay debris feasibility study in Corpus Christi, Texas. The City match for this
grant is $15,000 in the No. 3270 Seawall CIP Fund, for a total project costs of $30,000.
SECTION 2. The City Manager, or designee, may reject, alter the terms of, or terminate
the grant
