HomeMy WebLinkAbout026389 ORD - 08/23/2005 ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $122,792 FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IN THE No. 1061 POLICE GRANTS FUND FOR FUNDING OF A COMPREHENSIVE SELECTIVE TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT PROJECT (STEP) FOR DWI ENFORCEMENT OVERTIME AND SPEED ENFORCEMENT OVERTIME WITHIN THE CORPUS CHRISTI POLICE DEPARTMENT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That $122.792 from the Texas Department of Transportation is appropnated In the No 1061 Poltce Grants Fund for funding of a Comprehensive Seiective Traffic Enforcement Project (STEP) for OWl enforcement overtime and Speed enforcement overtime within the Corpus Christi Police Department and executing all related documents. and declaring an emergency SECTION 2.
