RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
ACCEPT A REIMBURSEMENT GRANT FROM THE TEXAS
COMMISSION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY IN THE
AMOUNT OF $5,332.00 FOR MITIGATION MEASURES AND
SITE CLOSURE AT FIRE STATION NO. 10,1550 HORNE ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS;
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his Designee, is authorized to accept a
reimbursement grant from the Texas Commission for Environmental Quality in
the amount of $5,332.00 for mitigation measures and site closure at Fire Station
No 10,1550 Horne Road.
