A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT
AN ADDITIONAL GRANT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $87,525, FROM THE
TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES TO CONTINUE
TITLE XX FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES THROUGH DECEMBER 31,
2005.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept an additional
grant, in the amount of $87,525, from the Texas Department of State Health Services to
continue Title XX family planning services through December 31, 2005.
