A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT
A GRANT FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH
SERVICES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,500, FOR LABORATORY
ANALYSIS OF BAY WATER SAMPLES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept a grant from the
Texas Department of State Health Services, in the amount of $22,500, for laboratory
analysis of bay water samples,
