HomeMy WebLinkAbout026470 ORD - 09/20/2005 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO A USE PRIVILEGE AGREEMENT, APPROVED BY ORDINANCE #026334 ON JULY 12, 2005, WITH BL REAL ESTATE HOLDING COMPANY, LP. THE AMENDMENT WILL REQUIRE THE OWNER'S COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF A PRIVATE WASTEWATER SYSTEM SERVICE AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to a use privilege agreement, approved by Ordinance #026334 July 12, 2005, with BL real Estate Holding Company, LP" The amendment will require the Owner's compliance with the provisions of a private wastewater system service agreement. SECTION 2.
