HomeMy WebLinkAbout026480 ORD - 10/11/2005 ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $206,451 FROM THE TEXAS HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION IN THE NO. 1067 PARK AND RECREATION GRANTS FUND TO PROVIDE AFTER SCHOOL SNACKS FOR YOUTH ENROLLED IN APPROVED AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS FOR FY 2005-2006; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That a grant of $206,451 from the Texas Health and Human Services Commission is appropriated in the NO.1 067 Park and Recreation Grants Fund to provide after school snacks for youth enrolled in approved after school enrichment programs for FY 2005-2006. SECTION 2.
