A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT
A GRANT FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH
SERVICES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $200,000, FOR PERSONNEL,
FRINGE BENEFITS, TRAVEL, SUPPLIES, AND OTHER EXPENSES
RELATING TO A PLAN FOR RESPONDING TO AN ACT OF
TERRORISM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept a grant from the
Texas Department of State Health Services, in the amount of $200,000, for personnel,
fringe benefits, travel, supplies, and other expenses relating to a plan for responding to
an act of terrorism,
