HomeMy WebLinkAbout026485 ORD - 10/11/2005 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A GRANT OF $200,000 FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES IN THE NO. 1066 HEALTH GRANTS FUND FOR PERSONNEL, FRINGE BENEFITS, TRAVEL, SUPPLIES, AND OTHER EXPENSES RELATING TO A PLAN FOR RESPONDING TO AN ACT OF TERRORISM; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. A grant from the Texas Department of State Health Services, in the amount of $200,000, is appropriated in the No 1066 Health Grants Fund for personnel, fringe benefits, travel, supplies, and other expenses relating to a plan for responding to an act of terrorism SECTION 2.
