RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT
A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $16,160 AND TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT AND ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS WITH THE TEXAS
STATE LIBRARY AND ARCHIVES COMMISSION FOR THE LONE
STAR LIBRARIES GRANT TO BE USED FOR THE PRESERVATION
AND CATALOGING OF LOCAL HISTORY MATERIALS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept a grant in the
amount of $16,160 and to execute a contract and all related documents with the Texas
State Library and Archives Commission for the Lone Star Libraries Grant to be used for
the preservation and cataloging of local history materials.
