WILLIAM BURGIN, JR., M.D., AS PROVIDED UNDER THE TERMS OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT, IN ORDER TO EXTEND THE PROVISION OF SERVICES UNDER THE AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. An appropriation is to be made, in the amount of $25,000, in the No. 1020 Fund, to compensate Dr. William Burgin, Jr, M.D., as provided under the terms of the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement, in order to extend the provision of services under the agreement. SECTION 2.
