RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO
ENTER INTO A LOCAL PROJECT ADVANCE FUNDING
AGREEMENT (LPAFA) FOR RAND MORGAN ROAD
IMPROVEMENTS MADE BY AND BETWEEN THE STATE OF
TEXAS, ACTING BY AND THROUGH THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, AND THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS;
SECTION 1, The City Manager or his Designee is authorized to enter into
a Local Project Advance Funding Agreement (LPAFA) for Rand Morgan Road
Improvements made by and between the State of Texas, acting by and through
the Texas Department of Transportation, and the City of Corpus Christi.
