HomeMy WebLinkAbout026543 ORD - 11/15/2005 ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $50,000 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE IN THE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FUND NO. 5110 FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES PORTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO THE CONTRACT WITH EMA, INC.; AMENDING ANNUAL BUDGET ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 026385 BY INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS BY $50,000; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That $50,000 from the unappropriated fund balance in the Maintenance Services Fund No. 5110 is appropriated for Maintenance Services portion of Amendment No 5 to the contract with EMA, Inc. SECTION 2. That the annual budget adopted by Ordinance 026385 is amended to increase appropriations by $50,000 SECTION 3.
