A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT
A GRANT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES
IN THE AMOUNT OF $108,430 FOR THE ELIMINATION AND
CONTROL OF TUBERCULOSIS IN NUECES COUNTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept a grant from the
Department of State Health Services for calendar year 2006 in the amount of $108,430
for the elimination and control of tuberculosis in Nueces County.
