RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE A STATE FUNDED GRANT AGREEMENT
WITH THE TEXAS COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY IN
THE AMOUNT OF $884,600 FOR AIR QUALITY PLANNING
ACTIVITIES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to
execute a State Funded Grant Agreement with the Texas Commission on
Environmental Quality in the amount of $884,600 for air quality planning activities.
