WHEREAS, Al Amin Shrine Center, 2001 Suntide Road, Corpus Christi, Texas, 78409,
ias filed ail application for property tax exemption under Section 11.184 of the Texas Tax Code;
WI ERLAS. Al Amin Shrine (. enter, has received letter from the Texas Comptroller's
)ffice that i1 Amin Shrine Center qualities for property tax relief as a qualifying charitable
}rganization:
WHEREAS. Al Amin Shrine Center has provided information in compliance with
the Cite r)f ( °orpus Christi Cluidelines Regarding Requests from Qualified Charitable
)rganizations for Property Fax Exemption under Section 11.184 of the Tax Code;
NOW, "THEREFORE BE El RESOLVED BY FHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
'ORPUS CHRISTI AS FOLLOWS
Section 1: The request of Al Amin Shrine Center for property tax exemption is hereby
approved for propert y eligible under Section 11.184(c) of the Tax Code as determined by records
f.Nueces County Appraisal District. This exemption expires at the end of the fifth tax year after
the year in which the exemption is granted
Section 2: This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by, the Council
