12. A contract be executed with David M. Griffith Associates, Ltd. for
professional services to be rendered in the preparation of a Cost
Allocation Plan for the fiscal year ended July 31, 1981. The company
will be paid one -half of the excess of those recoveries that the City
would have received had the plan been prepared by City personnel using
the City's prior years procedures up to a maximum of $12,500. The
work must be completed by April 30, 1982. (see staff memo)
