HomeMy WebLinkAbout026865 ORD - 07/11/2006Page 1 of 2 ORDINANCE DECLARING EIGHTEEN CITY -OWNED PROPERTIES (LISTED IN EXHIBIT C) AS SURPLUS PROPERTY, WHICH INCLUDE ONE DEVELOPED RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3705 TOPEKA STREET AND SEVENTEEN VACANT TRACTS OF LAND, NINE OF WHICH ARE IRREGULAR IN SHAPE AND NOT SUITABLE FOR BUILDING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That eighteen City -owned properties (listed in Exhibit C), which include one developed residential property located at 3705 Topeka Street and seventeen vacant tracts of land, nine of which are irregular in shape and not suitable for building, are declared surplus property.
