APPROVING FY 2006 -07 BUDGET FOR CC DIGITAL
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ( "CCDCDC ")
Whereas, the Agreement for Services between the City and
CCDCDC states that the CCDCDC shall submit its proposed operating
budget to the City Manager, who shall forward it to the City Council, for
Council approval or modification during the City's regular budget process;
Whereas, the CCDCDC approved its FY 2006 -07 annual budget at
its meeting on July 6 2006;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Council approves the operating budget of $2,500,000 for
FY 2006 -2007 for the CC Digital Community Development Corporation. A copy
of the approved budget is attached.
