RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO SUBMIT A
GRANT APPLICATION TO THE TEXAS PARKS AND WILDLIFE
DEPARTMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $400,000 FOR PLANNING,
DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING THE STATE SCHOOL
PROPERTY MASTER PLAN, WITH A CITY MATCH OF $400,000 FROM
BOND 2004 FUND, AND A TOTAL PROJECT COST OF $800,000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to submit a grant application
to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department in the amount of $400,000 for planning,
developing and implementing the State School Property Master Plan, with a City match
of $400,000 from Bond 2004 Fund, and a total project cost of $800,000.
SECTION 2. The City Manager, or designee, may accept, reject, agree to alter the
terms and conditions of or terminate the grant, if awarded to the City.
