b) An agreement with Sherrod Construction Company, developer of the
project, be approved providing for the developer reimbursing the City
for the cost of approximately 3,285 linear feet of 8 -inch diameter
sanitary sewer plus engineering costs.
c) Plans and specifications for the project be approved and bids be
received April 21, 1982.
