AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A GIFT AGREEMENT WITH THE CORPUS CHRIST
PUBLIC LIBRARY FOUNDATION, INC. WHICH PROVIDES
$23,650 TO THE CITY FOR THE PURCHASE OF A DIGITAL
LIBRARY PACKAGE FOR THE LIBRARY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a Gift
Agreement with the Corpus Christi Public Library Foundation, Inc. which provides
$23,650 to the City for the purchase of a digital library package for the library.
