AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
ACCEPT A GRANT FROM WAL -MART STORES, INC. IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1,500, TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT OR SUPPLIES FOR
FIRE STATION 13, IN THE GENERAL FUND FIRE DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Managers designee, is authorized to accept
a want from Wal -Mart Stores, Inc. in the amount of $1,500 to purchase equipment or
supplies for Fire Station 13. in the General Fund Fire Department.
