GRANTING REQUEST OF FRATERNAL ORDER OF EAGLES FOR
PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION UNDER TEXAS TAX CODE SECTION

\k H ER1 AS, Fraternal Order of Eagles 2249, 2429 Johanna Street, Corpus Christi, Texas,
?841 5 has filed an application for property tax exemption under Section 11.184 of the Texas Tax
Code:
WHEREAS. Fraternal Order of Eagles, has received letter from the Texas Comptroller's
Office that Fraternal Order Eagles qualifies for property tax relief as a qualifying charitable
organization.
WH F RF AS. Fraternal Order of Eagles has provided information in compliance
with the City of Corpus Christi Guidelines Regarding Requests from Qualified Charitable
Organizations for Property Fax Exemption under Section 11.184 of the Tax Code;

CORK ' s IIRISTI AS FOLLOWS
Section 1: The request of Fraternal Order of Eagles for property tax exemption is hereby
approved for property eligible under Section 11.184(c) of the Tax Code as determined by records
of Nueces County Appraisal District. This exemption expires at the end of the fifth tax year after
the year in which the exemption is granted.
Section 2: This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the Council
