AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT A
GRANT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES IN
THE AMOUNT OF $300,950 FOR PERSONNEL, FRINGE BENEFITS,
TRAVEL, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, AND OTHER EXPENSES
RELATING TO A PLAN FOR RESPONDING TO AN ACT OF
TERRORISM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept a grant from the
Texas Department of State Health Services in the amount of $300,950 for personnel,
fringe benefits, travel, equipment, supplies, and other expenses relating to a plan for
responding to an act of terrorism
