HomeMy WebLinkAbout027025 ORD - 10/17/2006ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,612.81 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED INTEREST EARNINGS IN THE MUSEUM 2005 CIP FUND 3262 AND APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF $22,905 FROM PARK AND REC 2001 CIP FUND 3288 TO AND APPROPRIATING INTO MUSEUM 2005 CIP FUND 3262 FOR THE MUSEUM FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM, PHASE 2; AMENDING CAPITAL BUDGET FY 06 -07 ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 026997 BY INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS BY $28,517.81; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That $5,612.81 from the unappropriated interest earnings from Museum 2005 CIP Fund 3262 is appropriated for the Museum Fire Suppression System, Phase 2. SECTION 2. That transfer of $22,905 from Park and Rec 2001 CIP Fund 3288 to and appropriation into Museum 2005 CIP Fund 3262 for the Museum Fire Suppression System, Phase 2, is approved. SECTION 3. That Capital Budget FY 06 -07 adopted by Ordinance No. 026997 is amended by increasing appropriations by $28,517.81. SECTION 4.
