RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN ADVANCE FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (TXDOT) IN THE AMOUNT OF
$0 FOR LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS ALONG US 181 ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF TWIGG STREET FROM MESQUITE STREET TO
BROADWAY STREET.
Bp IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
XAS:
*CTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an Advanced
Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) in the
amount of $0 for landscape improvements along US 181 on the north side of Twigg
-eet from Mesquite Street to Broadway Street.
*CTION 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to make editorial and non-
substantive modifications and execute amendments to the agreement without the
further approval of the City Council that do not require the appropriation of additional
funds or exceed the City Manager's authority to amend contracts, including, but not
limited to, time extensions, modifications to schedule, modifications in scope of work,
Mid any changes dictated by entities providing grant funding for the project.
