AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE A
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) WITH SENIORNET
TO ESTABLISH A COMPUTER LEARNING CENTER AT THE
GREENWOOD SENIOR CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) with SeniorNet to establish a computer learning center at the
Greenwood Senior Center. A copy of the MOU is attached as Exhibit A and a copy is on
file with the City Secretary.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas,
