AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A GIFT AGREEMENT WITH THE FRIENDS OF CORPUS
CHRIST PUBLIC LIBRARIES WHICH PROVIDES $101,000.00 TO THE
CITY FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PARKDALE BRANCH LIBRARY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a Gift
Agreement with the Friends of Corpus Christi Public Libraries which provides
$101,000.00 to the City for improvements to the Parkdale Branch Library.
