AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT A
GRANT OF $103,009 FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH
SERVICES TO PROVIDE TUBERCULOSIS PREVENTION AND
CONTROL SERVICES AND EXECUTE ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept a grant of
$103,009 from the Texas Department of State Health Services to provide tuberculosis
prevention and control services and execute all related documents required by the
State. The grant period is from 1/1/07 through 12/31/07.
