IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000 TO THE STATE OF TEXAS,
TEXAS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE COMMISSION, FOR THE
FUNDING OF OVERTIME TO ENFORCE UNDERAGE DRINKING
LAWS, TO PREVENT YOUTH ACCESS TO AND ILLEGAL USE
OF ALCOHOL, AND PROVIDE FOR AN EDUCATIONAL
PROGRAM WITH A CITY CASH MATCH OF $23,523, AND AN
IN-KIND CONTRIBUTION OF $746, FOR A TOTAL PROJECT
COST OF $?4,269, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
OR THE CITY if MANAGER'S DESIGNEE TO APPLY FOR,
ACCEPT, REJECT, ALTER OR TERMINATE THE GRANT
