3. The contract for construction of the Cain Drive Street Improvements
Project between Everhart Road and South Staples Street be accepted as
complete and final payment of $49,770.52 be made to Heldenfels Bros.,
Inc. for a total of $544,010.65. The improvements were part of the
1977 Voluntary Paving Program and the contract was awarded on July 29,
1981.
