RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE LOCAL
TRANSPORTATION PROJECT ADVANCE FUNDING
AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION (TXDOT) IN THE AMOUNT OF $0 FOR
CHANGING THE LIMITS OF THE BAY TRAIL, PHASE 3
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Corpus Christi entered into a Local Transportation Project
Advance Funding Agreement for a Transportation Enhancement Project on
March 11, 2003. The proposed Amendment No. 2 changes the limits of the
project by revising the route of the Bay Trail, Phase 3 Project. The revised route
will be from the Holly Road parking lot and terminate at the Peary Park located at
the Intersection of Paul Jones Avenue and Barnhart Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager. or his Designee, is authorized to execute
Amendment No 2 to the Local Transportation Project Advance Funding
Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) to change the
limits of the Bay Trail Phase 3 Project
