AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT AN
AMENDED GRANT OF $95,691 FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE
HEALTH SERVICES FOR PERSONNEL COSTS, FRINGE BENEFITS,
TRAVEL, AND SUPPLIES FOR THE IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM AND
EXECUTE ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept an amended
grant of $95,691 from the Texas Department of State Health Services for personnel
costs, fringe benefits travel and supplies for the immunization program and execute all
related documents required by he State.
