AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN ADVANCE FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE
TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (TXDOT) IN THE
AMOUNT OF $103,000 FOR THE UP RIVER ROAD
IMPROVEMENTS FROM HUNTER ROAD TO 700 -FEET EAST.
(BOND ISSUE 2004).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi hereby
authorizes the City Manager or his designee, to execute an Advance Funding
Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) in the
amount of $103,000 for the Up River Road Improvements from Hunter Road
tc '00 -feet east (Bond Issue 2004).
