AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE
CORPUS CHRISTI INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $78,500 FOR THE DARE CURRICULA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement, in compliance with Chapter 791 of the Government Code, with
the Corpus Christi Independent School District in the amount of $78,500 for the DARE
Curricula.
