AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
ACCEPT A GRANT FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
SAFETY, GOVERNOR'S DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $16,000.00, FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PLANNING ACTIVITIES, IN THE, NO.
1062 FIRE GRANTS FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to accept
a grant from the Texas Department of Public Safety in the amount of $16,000.00 for
hazardous materials emergency preparedness planning activities, in the No. 1062 Fire
Grants Fund.
